Everything on FormSnapp is built visually: drag fields into place, set conditional logic from dropdowns, pick one of the designed themes, and publish to a link, an embed or a QR code. The only place code appears is the embed snippet you paste, and that is copy-and-paste.

Logic without code
Set up show/hide and skip logic with a few clicks — no scripting.
Templates to start
Ready-made templates so you're never staring at a blank canvas.
Publish anywhere
Share a link, embed on your site, or post a QR code — instantly.
Insights, not spreadsheets
Built-in analytics turn responses into drop-off you can act on.
Design it on a free canvas
Most builders only stack fields in a column. The Studio lets you place them anywhere — two questions side by side, a heading where you want it, spacing you chose — and it reflows to a clean single column on phones automatically.
Designed themes
Not colour pickers — complete looks, each with matching typography, backgrounds and controls. Your form stops looking like a form and starts looking like your brand.

What you can build without writing anything
'No-code' is claimed by tools that mean 'no code for the easy parts'. The line worth checking is where the tool stops and a developer starts. Here it is a short list.
- Conditional logic
- Show, hide and skip rules built from dropdowns — 'if this answer, then that question'. No expression syntax.
- Design
- 26 complete themes covering typeface, spacing, field shape, background and accent. No CSS to write, and no CSS to override.
- Layout
- Drag fields into place, including a free canvas with columns and side-by-side fields, which is normally where no-code builders send you to a stylesheet.
- Notifications and delivery
- Email on submit, and connections to Google Sheets, Slack and Notion set up by clicking through OAuth.
- Automation
- Zapier for anything not natively connected, which covers most tools without a line of code.
- Webhooks
- Available, and the one genuinely technical feature here — someone has to receive the POST. Everything above is clicking.
Where a developer is still useful
Being straightforward about the edges, because discovering them late is what makes people resent a no-code tool.
- Receiving webhooks
- The form will POST every response to a URL you own. Something has to be listening, and that is code.
- A public API
- Not available yet. If you need to create or read forms programmatically, this is not the tool today.
- Custom validation
- Beyond required, email format and number ranges, there is no rule builder for arbitrary conditions.
- Deep design changes
- The themes are complete and adjustable, but they are not a stylesheet. If you need to match a design system exactly, an embed inherits nothing from your site.
The one snippet you will copy
Publishing gives you three ways to share and only one of them looks like code: a public link, a QR code, and an iframe snippet for embedding. The snippet is copy-and-paste — you never edit it, and there is no script tag or library to install alongside it. If you are embedding on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or Framer, each has a block that exists precisely for pasting this kind of thing into.
