A page per response

Each submission becomes a new page in your database, ready to tag, assign, and move through your workflow.

Your database, your way

Choose which Notion database receives responses so they fit straight into how your team already works.

Build a pipeline

Use Notion views, filters, and statuses to turn raw submissions into a lightweight CRM or applicant tracker.

One connection, every form

Authorise Notion once and connect any of your forms to a database.

Encrypted access

Your Notion token is encrypted at rest and limited to the pages and databases you share with the integration.

Real-time delivery

Pages are created within seconds of submission, with automatic retries if Notion is briefly unavailable.

Notion's OAuth asks which pages to grant; only those appear in the list.

The responseA new page in that database
The page title"{form name} — {date}"

Written into whichever property is the database's title, since every Notion database has exactly one.

Each question and answerRich text in the page body

Written as content rather than properties, so it works with any database schema without you configuring a mapping.

Your existing propertiesLeft alone

Nothing is renamed or overwritten — the integration only adds pages.

How to connect Notion

  1. 1

Connect Notion once, in your dashboard

In FormSnapp, open Integrations from the sidebar and click Connect on the Notion card, then authorise FormSnapp — sharing the pages or databases you want it to use. One-time setup, reused everywhere.

  2. 2

Choose a database in the form's Connect panel

Open your form, switch to its Connect panel in the builder, and on the Notion card pick the database that should receive responses, then save.

  3. 3

    Pages are created automatically

Every submission adds a new page to that database in real time. Toggle it off any time, and organise the pages with Notion views, filters, and statuses.

Frequently asked questions

Which Notion databases can FormSnapp use?

Only the pages and databases you explicitly share with the integration during the Notion authorisation step. You stay in full control of what it can access.

What does each page contain?

A new page is created for each response, populated from the submitted answers, so it's ready to slot into your Notion workflow.

Can I use it as a simple CRM?

Absolutely. Many teams point lead or contact forms at a Notion database and use views and statuses to manage follow-up.

Is the Notion integration free?

You can connect and configure it on any plan. Live delivery of responses to Notion is included on Pro and above.
