Fillout can look up an existing Airtable, Notion or HubSpot record, prefill a form from it and update it on submit. FormSnapp reads now too — a dropdown can take its options from a Google Sheets column or a Notion property, and keeps serving the last good list if the provider goes down — but prefilling a form from a record, and updating a row on submit, are not built. If your form edits records that already exist, that is a real gap on our side.
