How is a poll different from a survey?

A poll asks one thing and is answered in seconds. This template keeps the follow-ups optional so it stays a poll — a survey with a single required question at the top is still a survey.

Can people see the results?

Not on the form itself. There is an optional email field so anyone who wants the totals gets them when it closes.
